High school coaches and players lack access to professional film breakdown tools. YouTube has thousands of hours of great basketball footage, but no systematic way to extract insights. Our project aims to build a web application that can allow coaches to

• Processes YouTube basketball footage (games, skills training, drills)

• Identifies key patterns: offensive sets, defensive schemes, player movements

• Generates quick, actionable coaching points and drill ideas

• Creates a searchable database of concepts with timestamped examples

• Builds personalised development plans based on player/team needs

We use visual computing  and satellite imaging to recoginze landing spots for drones.
